Here are some questions for you:
1. Why aren't you still doing your show in Woburn?
Here's the Truth:
You sued Woburn - MediaOne (long before they were bought by Comcast) for some trumped up reason that I'm sure you felt was valid, and miserably LOST! Oh, I know you will claim you won because you did the same thing you are attempting at TV3 with your reign of abuse of emails and newspaper articles ... but are claiming victory because MediaOne lost their attempt to get a restraining order against you communicating with and about MediaOne.... sound familiar Joe?
2. Why aren't you still doing your radio show at Tufts University?
Here's the Truth:
You sued Tufts and the radio station for wrongful termination or some other trumped up charge .... and of course lost that lawsuit and was never heard of again at the radio station. Isn't it funny that the cities of Medford and/or Somerville never had a public outcry of support for you? Gee, maybe you should sue every resident in those 2 towns ... just a thought.
3. Why isn't your show being shown in Melrose?
Hmmm??? was it another lawsuit or bad conduct???
4. Is your show being shown in Cambridge anymore ...
I think I'm starting to see a pattern!
5. You say you are being seen in Burlington...
can you provide us with the schedule and the contact who is sponsoring you in Burlington?
6. You used to be seen in Winthrop ... are you still there? If not, how come ? You are the most (self proclaimed) prolific producer of cable shows ... ever, aren't you?
7. Why did you sue a politician in Malden and lose another frivolous lawsuit?

Here's the Truth:
You started an argument with another member, and was asked to leave by the station Manager. When you objected to the request, you began a reign of terror and verbal abuse on the then Station Manager. You then quit the station after they tried to file a charge against you and your membership for abuse of staff, which is a major violation of the policy and procedures
9. Why didn't you bring back the camera that you had borrowed from TV3 from 2001?
Joe claims he brought the camera to the Medford Police Station and Frank Pilleri never picked it up ... Joe wouldn't lie, would he?
Here's the Truth:
Joe did bring the camera to the Medford Police Station and a nice officer called Frank Pilleri to pick it up, but informed Frank that the camera will ONLY be returned to the station if Frank brought a pair of speakers that Joe delivered to the station as a result of a donation from a speaker company. He would ONLY do an exchange (and not live up to his membership obligation of returning the equipment he borrowed from TV3). TV3 has filed a police report in both Medford and Woburn and have a pending lawsuit against Joe Vig for never returning the equipment or buy it for the price it was worth at the time he kept it as his.
Hmm, you mean to tell me that Joe has NO INTEGRITY, but isn't he some kind of journalist ...
10. Are you related to Bob Penta or is he actually writing the newspaper articles for you?
The reason this is evident is because Bobby Boy read your article verbatim at a recent City Council meeting?
Here's the Truth:
We hear that Joe and Bob speak frequently and Bob will try anything to attack TV3 as he has done in the past and will more than likely continue in the future. Stephanie Burke has also attacked TV3 in the past and will continue to do so in the future ... just watch her!
11. What is up with the Medford self-proclaimed Medford Cable Advisory position you created for yourself and this alleged watchdog organization that ONLY has ONE MEMBER - YOU!
Here's the Truth:
Joe created this email address and appointed himself as the President and Chairperson of this alleged group. He is the only member and fancies himself as the watchdog of TV3. What he doesn't tell you is that the Mayor DID NOT (or anyone else at City Hall) ask him to create this entity or email address and didn't ask him for any reports.
12. You keep mentioning Rommell Fernandez, Chrissy Barthelette and Matt Haberstroh as supporters of yours.
In the past 3 weeks, we received a letter from Rommell disputing the words you are putting in his mouth. Both Chrissy and Matt has put in an opinion in the local Medford Transcript disputing your claims and support.
Mark Lemay called the President to say that he hasn't talked with you in over 5 years and wouldn't back a terrorist like you.
In a recent conversation with Joanne Codi she states that you are a misinformed, confused, vindictive poor soul with no allegiance to anyone or anything (paraphrasing her comments).
Isn't it true that you ONLY have Pat Fiorello as a supporter ... the ONLY other Medford resident who has been asked to leave TV3? Oh, wait, Joe, he died in 2007 ... strike that, Joe has NO SUPPORTERS - Isn't that true Joe?
13. Who do you work for Joe? What is your place of employment where you pay taxes on and file a W-2?
Here's the Truth:
Joe doesn't work much if at all as has too much time on his hands to bother people. IRS Take notice as he hear that he claims to be bilking the Feds in not paying his taxes.
The below information is a compilation by several sources who are believed to be a good accurate source of information and not necessarily the opinion of the current Board or staff members or any of it's Board members, past or present and in particular, the blogspot author - so basically, Joe, don't sue me or the Board for reporting what has been either told to us by reliable people who know you or know other people who know you. For some of this information, Joe Viglione was the source. NOTE: This will be a dynamic blogspot where more information that is believed accurate and truthful about JV will be added as more sources provide information. We are also waiting for any public information that the Woburn Police can provide on JV. Stay tuned and check back frequently.
QA: What caused JV to use these terrorist tactics over the past 5 years plus?
AA: JV had just used the studio control room and was packing up as another member was to use the control room. JV had some prior arguments about lifestyle with this member who was coming in after him. JV had always tried to share his sexual exploits with other members and station staff receive some complaints aginst JV. The Station Manager had talked to JV regarding inappropriate behavior. On this day, JV engaged this member in an argument. This member does a religious show and was expressing his opinions to JV on his lifestyle. JV took exception to these comments and began yelling to the point where the Station Manager had to ask both member to stop arguing and then asked JV, since he was done using the facility to leave and come back tomorrow. JV then accused the Station Manager of taking sides (although he wasn't close enough to hear all the details of their argument, but ONLY heard JV yelling and screaming). Before JV left, he took the time to throw a barrage of insults at the Station Manager, similar to what 8 year olds hurl at real big children in the playground. This barrage was brutal and lasted several minutes.
There were 3 other people there besides JV at the time of the incident. Each of these people were asked to fill out an incident report (which is TV3's standard practice). Each of them mentioned JV's conduct in some fashion.
What followed thereafter seems like a bad made for TV movie as it's stupid and needless. JV crashed the Christmas party in 2001 a couple weeks or so later. JV was carrying a bunch of papers with him and was bothering a couple of members while soliciting their support for his actions (whatever he was trying to prove). President Pilleri went up to him to ask him to either get a plate of food and celebrate the holiday or leave if he wasn't able to stop bothering the members celebrate the holidays. JV opted to leave but before he did, he hurled more swears and other insults for at least a couple minutes, then threatened a lawsuit, then slammed the door on his way out.
This is a shortened version of the initial incident and one of the court cases.
QB: Why can't you let JV back in as a member if he promised to stop harassing Board/staff?
AB: Unfortunately, JV doesn't understand the court approved agreement, so what makes you think he will stop attacking everyone associated with the station just because TV3 agrees to invite him back in?? He uses terrorist tactics with the spewing of his venom and lies. He has to step up to the plate and do something good. The station shouldn't make the first step, as it should be him. This is one of these tactics he uses. He more than likely figures that he'll wear down TV3 with BS that TV3 will back down. Terrorist tactics to the hilt!
QC: Doesn't a debate sound interesting between JV and Pilleri?
AC: Interesting idea! I'm sure Pilleri would debate JV but JV would NEVER agree to any terms as he would more than likely, continue to use his terrorist tactics and demand everything under the sun. My guess is that if they can find a moderator and book a place (NOT TV3 as JV is banned as his membership has been terminated) then Pilleri would agree to such a debate in a hearbeat. My sense is that JV wouldn't for about a thousand reasons. This debate would be played on TV3 so everyone could see for themselves what kind of person JV is ... scattered with his thoughts and a very angry person. He should smile more as I'm sure this BS is affecting his health.
QD: Doesn't Joe Viglione make any good valid points?
AD: Joe Viglione has claimed so much since 2001 or 2002 that it's hard to weed through the BS to see if he brings up any valid points. Here an example of the junk that JV spews:

WOBURN POLICE REPORT: For IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
We hear the Police Report is approximately 30 pages long highlights too many fights with neighbors that is isn't funny. But the crown jewel is several incidents at the Woburn Library where he reportedly harassed a straight man several times by asking him out until he called the Police. JV took it out on the head Librarian for calling the Police as he put in so many complaints against her so she would lose her job. Luckily the City of Woburn knows this piece of shit, and she never did lose her job. It's been years later and he still manages to harass this poor Woman who was trying to protect her employee. Joe Vig couldn't understand the statement "I'm not gay, leave me alone or I'll call the Police" I think this answers many questions that us normal people have about his character, doesn't it??
My favorite Police Report however is this one (I paraphrase the incident): He pulled down his street and a Woman was double parked, so he got right up on her and started beeping his horn like a madman and screamed out his window at the top of his lungs, "Hey Douchebag, move your car". When her Boyfriend came out of the house, Joe Vig ran in his house and locked the door behind him as this guy was running after Joe Viglione. This really pissed off the guy who kept yelling for Joe to come out of his house like a man and talk to him. Of course, Joe Viglione (pigpen) doesn't act like a real man, so he did what he does ... and hide behind his door and started yelling back at the guy "What do you want to do, suck my cock!". Then Big bad harassing Joe Viglione called the Police. The Police came and Joe wouldn't let them in either and I think began yelling the same thing at the Police THAT HE YELLED OUT AT HIS NEIGHBOR! What a smelly, fat, mentally deranged COWARD! Is this doesn't paint an accurate picture of this asshole, nothing does!
I will be retyping or scanning in all the Police reports into a separate blog and when I've completed it, I will post the url in this forum.
1. He's the most prolific public access producer blah blah blah. Dude, what does that have to do with reality. Big deal - it's ACCESS television .... Does this mean that he knows how to run a studio, or even dress like a boy - Negative! Anytime someone tells you how great they are is when you should start running the other way!
2. One of JV's biggest scams:
After TV3 filed a police report at the Medford PD and Woburn PD, JV brought the camera down to the Medford PD and asked one of the officers to call President Pilleri to ask for an exchange of the camera for a set of speakers that he owned (JV never owned the speakers but was ONLY the delivery boy bringing the speakers to TV3 on behalf of the speaker company). Pilleri's response was "there will be no exchange as he doesn't and has never owned the speakers, so unless JV leaves the camera at the PD, then he can expect a small claims suit against him for the camera and a bill for any damages". JV declined to leave the camera. He is quick to tell people that he brought the camera down to the PD but never tells the whole story - in exchange for speakers he never owned. He also tried getting Rep. Paul Donato involved in this same scam, that proved unsuccessful as he had the same contingency. JV has a problem with telling the truth, but is quick with the keyboard and spews his lies anywhere and everywhere he can. Nobody ever calls him on the junk he spews.
3. He applied for the station managers position a couple years ago. After he did not make the top 4 or 5 candidates that were brought in for an interview, he sued TV3 for not hiring him because of his sexual preference. He further put in a charge to the MCAD. He lost this case with the MCAD. The simple truth is that he didn't have the qualifications and may not have acquired them since he lost this lawsuit. Harassing people is NOT a qualification. He is very good at that! He has put in a lawsuit suing for back pay for the position he wasn't ever interviewed for for lack of qualifications. This is an ongoing suit.
4. He also sued the station and the Board President for stealing speakers while we occupied the Canal Street studios. The Judge's words, as I remember them, after JV answered the question of whether he owned the speakers at any time by stating "NO", was: "Mr Viglione, I'm confused, how can you charge someone with stealing your speakers, if you never owned the speakers?" Naturally JV tried to answer that give his best babble and double-talk so he quickly got shot down by the Judge. TV3 did the right thing after the Judge flat out told JV that the finding will be for Pilleri and the station if we didn't come up with an agreement to end this now. TV3 forged an agreement (Pilleri pulled off a miracle) with JV that stated that JV would pull down all his blogs, websites and etc. and stop attacking TV3 and it's Board members and staff, and return the camera he never returned (for over 5 years) and in return, TV3 would play his show on the channel in accordance to our Policy and Procedures. TV3 has lived up to this agreement, while JV hasn't. TV3 is considering pulling JV back in court for for NOT living up to the agreement. TV3 also gave JV an opportunity to address the Board to ask that his terminated member status be overturned so he could become a member again. TV3 asked JV to come to a Board meeting Feb 2006 but after JV was informed that his request would be video taped, in order to protect the station from any "he said - she said scenario's", he left the station in a huff, issued a couple of lawsuit threats as he slithered out of the station as he didn't want to be video taped. One has to ask themselves why didn't he want to be video taped!
Joe Stated on more than one occasion to the Canal Street staff: JV likes to waste people's time as they lose wages and most times people will settle out of court to make him go away. He does this as one of his jobs. He has stated to station staff while at Canal Street that you would be surprised how many people don't want to go through the embarrasment of a lawsuit and give him money to go away. Is this what JV's doing now ... trying to extort money from the public access station that is under funded in the first place? That's for you to decide!
5. He claims to have won all his lawsuits. Unfortunately, JV lost every time he has gone to court except one. MediaOne (then AT&T Broadband then Comcast) tried to get a restraining order against JV so he would stop badmouthing them, but the courts said no to that. This is the ONLY occasion he has had a sniff of victory in court. He most recently got a restraining order placed upon him by one of his enemies, David Skerry, a prominent high profile Attorney in Medford. He tried to counter sue Attorney Skerry and get his own restraining order but was basically laughed at by the Judge and told NO.
Here are some other law suits, complaints with MCAD, or harassment tactics that JV has initiated in the past and I have been told that this is the tip of the iceberg:
- Malden Councilor (sued and lost)
- MediaOne (sued and lost - see above for the only time he won anything)
- Tufts University (radio station) (sued and lost)
- WBCN Harassed and is still harassing several members of the on-air staff and management
- MCAD - Not TV3 related, but after the MCAD ruled against him in another frivolous case against someone, he complained to Washington and he bragged on more than one occasion that he attempted to call the President and Attorney General of the United States. Speaks for itself, doesn't it!
- TV3 - He has 2 suits currently against TV3. One is for 2 years (and counting) of back pay for the station managers position he wasn't interviewed for and never occupied. The other is a seemingly frivolous suit that doesn't have a point. We don't know what he's charging ....
- David Skerry - At least 3 suits/claims/restraining orders have been unsuccessfully filed.
- He sued his Parents after they put their house up for sale before retiring to Florida. I'm told he also refused to move out of their house after it sold and had to be either payed off or evicted by the County Sheriff.
- He once told station staff that the Woburn Police brought him in for questioning regarding his communication with some underage teenage boys. We are investigating this in Woburn.
- He is known to call people's work to complain about people's involvement in ......
- He tried to represent Pat Fiorello in court as a journalist only to be told to leave as journalists are not legal representatives
- He harassed a librarian from the Woburn Library for years and still does
- He still has a PO Box in Woburn and waits outside of that Post Office every day until 1 minute before they close, and while he's looking at his watch, he walks towards the doors to enter the Post Office. He has been known to freak out if they tell him they are closed.
- He frequently claims that the post office is stealing his mail.
- He has hid out behind the Woburn Post Office in the dead of Winter for a whole month living in a tent after he harassed the wrong person who meant to cause him bodily harm.
